Mini Meatloaf for Two

This mini meatloaf is topped with a delicious meatloaf glaze and is full of amazing flavor. The perfect size for two people and a quick and easy dinner solution.

Ingredients
1.0 lb hamburger (90/10 blend)
0.5 tbsp minced onion (dried)
2.0 tsp Minced Garlic
0.5 tsp Salt
0.25 tsp Black Pepper
⚠️ 1 egg (or 1 Tbsp mayo)
0.25 c breadcrumbs
0.5 tsp Italian seasoning
1.0 tbsp steak sauce
1.0 tbsp ketchup
1.0 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
0.25 c ketchup
1.0 tbsp Brown Sugar
0.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine meat, minced onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper and egg or 1 Tbsp of mayo and mix to combine.
2. Add in breadcrumbs along with other seasonings including steak sauce, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce.
3. Form meatloaf into two small loaves and place in baking dish.
4. Bake meatloaf at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
5. While the meatloaf is baking combine ketchup, brown sugar and balsamic vinegar to make the glaze.
6. After 25 minutes, remove meatloaf from oven and spoon glaze over top and sides of meatloaf.
7. Then increase the oven temperature to 400 degrees F and bake for another 5- 10 minutes or until the meatloaf reaches an internal temperature of 160 degrees F and the glaze has set up.
