Cheeseburger Macaroni (aka Homemade “Hamburger Helper”)

A copycat of "hamburger helper", this Cheeseburger Pasta is a VERY popular weeknight dinner. Simple. Homemade. Delicious!

Ingredients
1.0 lb Ground Beef
2.5 c Milk
1.5 c Water
2.0 c Elbow Macaroni (or any pasta shape you have lying about)
1.0 tbsp Corn Starch
2.0 tsp Chili Powder
Salt
Black Pepper
Oregano
Parsley Flakes
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Paprika
1.5 c Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1.0 c Velveeta Squeeze Cheese (such as velveeta)
Instructions
1. Combine cornstarch and all seasonings in a small bowl, and set aside.
2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
3. Brown beef until cooked through and no longer pink. Drain any fat.
4. Add the pasta, milk, water, cornstarch and spices and stir to combine.
5. Bring to a boil and turn the heat down to medium heat.
6. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and cooked to your liking (we like it al dente)
7. Add the shredded chese and processed cheese and mix thoroughly.
8. Devour.
